Day of Prayer and Fasting
Pray. Fast. Gather.
Join us on 7/14 to do exactly what God called Israel to do in 2 Chronicles 7:14,

"if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land."
​
We want to see the Kingdom of God pushing back the darkness in our Valley. We want to humble ourselves in prayer, seek God's face in unity, and see how he will heal the Roanoke Valley.

This year we'll be at Oakland Baptist Church from 6:30-7:30pm

Want to participate?
We want to make the asks practical and simple. There are three:
​
1. Pray.
Please pray throughout the day on July 14th for the Gospel to advance in the Roanoke Valley and for the Church of Jesus Christ to be united.
​
2. Fast.
Join us in fasting on July 14th as a way of humbling yourself, exposing sin, and stirring up longing for Jesus. This could look different for different people: fast all day, fast from one meal, or fast from one thing.
​
3. Gather.
We would love for anyone from your church or organization to join us for a time of prayer and worship at Oakland Baptist Church from 6:30-7:30.
